打开数据库 - OpenDatabase

函数简介

打开（若不存在，则创建）数据库，返回一个数据库对象。

函数原型

long OpenDatabase(long ola, string dbName, string password)

参数定义

• ola (长整型数): OLAPlug对象的指针，由 CreateCOLAPlugInterFace 接口生成
• dbName (字符串): 数据库文件路径
• password (字符串): 数据库密码

返回值

• 返回值：数据库对象，若打开失败，返回0
