快速提取视频第一帧（常用于缩略图）。

参数说明 ​

参数名类型说明
instance长整数型OLAPlug对象的指针，由 CreateCOLAPlugInterFace 接口生成。
videoPath字符串视频文件路径。

（返回值）长整数型：图像句柄（BGRA格式），失败返回 0。

注意事项 ​

项目说明
释放内存返回的图像句柄需调用 FreeImagePtr 释放。
