参数说明 ​

参数名类型说明
instance长整数型OLAPlug对象的指针，由 CreateCOLAPlugInterFace 接口生成。
inputPath字符串输入视频路径。
outputPath字符串输出视频路径。
width整数型目标宽度。
height整数型目标高度。
