解包Y坐标 - UnpackPointY
函数简介
从 PackPoint 返回的 int64 中解出 Y 坐标。各语言绑定请调用本组 DLL 接口,保证与插件内部 bit 布局一致。

位布局与 PackPoint 一致:高 32 位为 y;packed == -1 时返回值仍按位域解析,有效性请配合 UnpackPoint 判断。

注意事项
- 禁止使用 Windows
LOWORD/HIWORD/MAKELPARAM解包,负坐标会错误。 - 本组接口 无 instance 参数,本地直接调用即可。
