转换视频格式。

ConvertVideo

参数说明 ​

参数名类型说明
instance长整数型OLAPlug对象的指针，由 CreateCOLAPlugInterFace 接口生成。
inputPath字符串输入视频路径。
outputPath字符串输出视频路径。
codec字符串编解码器（"H264", "XVID", "MJPG"等）。
fps双精度浮点数输出帧率（-1表示使用原始帧率）。
