参数说明 ​

参数名类型说明
instance长整数型OLAPlug对象的指针，由 CreateCOLAPlugInterFace 接口生成。
videoHandle长整数型视频句柄。
intervalSeconds双精度浮点数时间间隔（秒）。
outputDir字符串输出目录。
imageFormat字符串图像格式（"png"、"jpg"等）。
