参数说明 ​

参数名类型说明
filepath字符串XML文件路径。
err整数型错误码输出参数，可为NULL。

返回值说明
非 0返回 解析后的XML文档句柄。
0失败。

注意事项 ​

项目说明
路径文件路径支持相对路径和绝对路径。
格式文件必须是有效的XML格式。
解析成功后需要调用 XmlFree 释放资源解析成功后需要调用 XmlFree 释放资源。
如果文件不存在或无法读取如果文件不存在或无法读取，返回0。
